Приватне право і підприємництво – фаховий рецензований науковий журнал з відкритим доступом, що видається з 1999 року  Науково-дослідним інститутом приватного права і підприємництва імені академіка Ф. Г. Бурчака НАПрН України.

Метою журналу є створення фахового майданчика для оприлюднення результатів фундаментальних і прикладних наукових досліджень у сфері приватного права й правового регулювання підприємництва, сприяння обміну науковими ідеями між вченими та практиками, а також вироблення теоретичних засад для вдосконалення законодавства.

Для досягнення поставленої мети перед журналом оставлені такі завдання:

  1. Стимулювання наукової дискусії з актуальних правових проблем: публікація статей, що аналізують сучасний стан та тенденції розвитку цивільного, господарського, трудового, сімейного та міжнародного приватного права в умовах ринкової економіки.
  2. Наукове супроводження правових та інституційних реформ: висвітлення пропозицій щодо гармонізації українського приватного права із законодавством Європейського Союзу та адаптації правових інститутів до викликів цифровізації та глобалізації, наукових поглядів на судову реформу, реформу державного апарату тощо.
  3. Забезпечення високих стандартів наукової комунікації: дотримання принципів академічної доброчесності та об’єктивного рецензування для відбору якісних матеріалів, що мають наукову новизну та практичну цінність.
  4. Інтеграція української юридичної науки в міжнародний простір: популяризація здобутків українських правознавців серед іноземної наукової спільноти та залучення до публікації провідних зарубіжних дослідників для вивчення міжнародного досвіду правового регулювання приватноправових відносин і підприємництва.

Private Law and Business is a peer-reviewed open-access academic journal published since 1999 by the Academician F. Н. Burchak Scientific Research Institute of Private Law and Entrepreneurship of National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine.

 

The journal’s purpose is to create a professional platform for publishing the results of fundamental and applied research in the field of private law and the legal regulation of entrepreneurship, to facilitate the exchange of scientific ideas between scholars and practitioners, and to develop theoretical foundations for improving legislation.

 

To achieve this goal, the journal has set the following objectives:

 

Stimulating scholarly discussion on current legal issues: publishing articles that analyze the current state and trends in the development of civil, commercial, labor, family, and private international law in a market economy.

Providing scholarly support for legal and institutional reforms: covering proposals for harmonizing Ukrainian private law with European Union legislation and adapting legal institutions to the challenges of digitalization and globalization, as well as scholarly perspectives on judicial reform, reform of the state apparatus, and so on.

Ensuring high standards of scholarly communication: adherence to the principles of academic integrity and objective peer review for the selection of high-quality materials that possess scholarly novelty and practical value.

Integration of Ukrainian legal scholarship into the international arena: promoting the achievements of Ukrainian legal scholars among the international academic community and engaging leading foreign researchers in publications to study international experience in the legal regulation of private law relations and entrepreneurship.
